We started meeting weekly and immediately started moving forward.  In 6 years I went from zero to zero – with Jenny, in 6 months I was developing my business at 60 miles an hour.  It is now just over one year and we have launched and have an income.  I still have a lot of work to do  -- but I never would have made it past the idea stage without Jenny’s input. She helped me to get where I want to be and it was worth it.

My business wouldn’t be where it is if it weren’t for her. Jenny took my kitchen and bath design/remodeling business from a one-person operation at $300K and helped me turn it into a General Contracting business at 4M a year, 8-employee success. After one conversation with Jenny, we identified the root problem with my finances. Jenny was very quick and direct in spotting where the real issue was, and without her clarity, I would have continued to mask the problem and try to handle my finances without fully confronting what was there. Within a week I've made progress with handling this and have already paid off $2,500 of my debt. I now feel empowered to tackle bigger games with money which wasn't even in my realm of possibilities before, and I am so excited to continue working with her!

​I hired Jenny to take over my bookkeeping and act as a virtual CFO to my expanding marketing company. I had a bookkeeper on post already, however, in starting with Jenny, and fixing the records, we were able to find $1455 in duplicate charges that I was able to quickly recover. Additionally, we sorted through all the subscriptions I had and we recovered over $1,000 a month in wasted expenses for tools that we aren’t currently using. In short, Jenny and her team are the best investment we’ve made this year so far. Our gains far outweigh the expenses and her level of service is abundant. She truly cares about the businesses she works with and the goals the owner is working towards achieving.

The previous company I was using had stated they would assist me with setting up payroll and making sure my books were correct. After repeated requests to have them assist me in providing an overview of the correct way to book keep, I found myself incredibly frustrated and spending too much time trying to figure out a field that was not my specialty. 

My biggest issue was transitioning from a sole proprietor to S-Corp and having to run payroll. I figured out how to run payroll, but could not find helpful information on how to get payroll to match my books. 

Keep expenses more organized. Run payroll and reimbursements correctly.
