Encouraged by friends and driven by her ambition, she stepped away from traditional employment and built something better: a business that helps others succeed, faster. Her first full-time business was a professional organizing company called: A Simple Order. She would go into businesses as a Management Consultant, wear the shoes of the owner, and streamline the operations to increase production and profit. Once she was done, she would hand the hat back over to the owner or fill each of the roles she was holding from above.

She observed similar problems and trends within each small business she helped. The owner was overwhelmed, wearing too many hats, not training the staff, not confronting the finances, and nowhere close to the goals they had in mind. Staff were unhappy about inefficient procedures and lack of quality communication, as well as co-worker attitudes and lack of team spirit.

In every business she worked with, she set up the financial department and created custom systems for keeping an eye on cash flow. She worked with the team both one-on-one and in groups to boost productivity and improve communication. Plus, she teamed up with the owner to put together training manuals and procedures. Together, they also came up with special organizational systems to help the business owner handle their daily tasks.

After spending nine years working in small business offices, she decided to align her business services to her future goals. She wanted to focus on bigger purposes, streamline her services, and travel more. So, she took a step back to review the trends she had dealt with in small companies and the tools and systems she had created to help them. Using these insights, she revamped her business to align with her future ambitions. Her new services focused on finance, while her organizational and efficiency consulting was simplified into specific online tools she developed. Occasionally, she is referred back to an office to perform her previous services, but this demands a significant commitment and her full focus to swiftly address and resolve issues, making these services a luxury to secure.

Whenever she assisted a business in organizing the financial department, streamlining operations, training the staff, and helping the owner get organized, income rose and debt decreased. The bottom lines were no longer in the red. In essence, she accelerated their success. Without her involvement, the business would have continued to be hindered by inefficiencies, wasting both money and time. Her work not allowed them to succeed with speed but also achieve more goals.
