Efficiency has always been second nature to her. In every job after college, she found herself finishing tasks faster than expected, often turning full-time roles into part-time work. But instead of being rewarded for improving systems and boosting productivity, she was left bored, underutilized, and searching for bigger challenges.
Encouraged by friends and driven by her ambition, she stepped away from traditional employment and built something better: a business that helps others succeed, faster. Her first full-time business was a professional organizing company called: A Simple Order. She would go into businesses as a Management Consultant, wear the "hat" of the owner, and streamline the operations to increase production and profit. Once she was done, she would hand the duties back to the owner or fill each of the roles she was holding from above.

She observed similar problems and trends within each small business she helped. The owner was overwhelmed, wearing too many hats, not training the staff, not confronting the finances, and nowhere close to the goals they had in mind. Staff were unhappy about inefficient procedures and lack of quality communication, as well as co-worker attitudes and lack of team spirit.
In every business she worked with, she set up the financial department and created custom systems for keeping an eye on cash flow. She worked with the team both one-on-one and in groups to boost productivity and improve communication. Plus, she teamed up with the owner to put together training and procedures. Together, they also came up with custom organizational systems to help the business owner handle their daily tasks.
She observed similar problems and trends within each small business she helped.
Whenever she helped a business structure its financial department, optimize operations, and aid the owner in getting organized, revenue increased and debt diminished. The financial statements were no longer negative. By removing inefficiencies and expenses that wasted money and time, she accelerated growth in these businesses. Without her contributions, the business would have remained sluggish and unprofitable.
